After downloading "Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455)", get error code 0x800B0003 when trying to install. Anyone know how to solve this problem? Does anyone know how to try to reinstall the update on Windows XP? I am used to Vista but using an XP at the moment.
