Error Code 0xc0000001 on Asus Vivo Tab Rt with Windows RT wont boot

 

 

Hi guys,

 

I hope you can help, I bought an Asus Vivo Tab RT with windows RT 13 months ago, I only used it for the first two weeks after I bought it and then went travelling. I returned to find it wont boot and goes to a blue screen with error 0xc0000001 After multiple tries the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaired.

 

 

It is now one month out of warranty and ASUS are refusing to provide support for me, I have used the recovery media to reset the tablet but still it boots to this message.

 

 

I'm not sure what else I can do, I'm totally stuck. Can anyone offer some advice on what else I can try? anything via command prompt?

 

At this point I'm holding an expensive paper weight.
