Hello,

I have a network folder marked to be offline available. This worked for two years now without bigger problems. Unfortunately, since two days one file (.pst) is not accessible any more. When switching to offline mode, the file has a size of 2.540 MB, but is marked with a cross, pale and one can't change, open, copy or delete it. When switching to online mode, the file has 0 KB but is no longer marked with a cross or pale. However, it is also not possible to do anything with the file.

In the synchronization center, I get no alerts about problems or conflicts.

Last time I used the file, it was smaller for a few MB. According to sync center, there are still 5.5 GB available for offline data.

Is there a way to solve this problem? If the file is too big for synchronizing, is it possible to restore it somehow so I can shrink it?

Thanks for your help!
