Posted June 12, 201410 yr The last three times Windows Update has taken my laptop offline. Usually I have to restore before I am able to reconnect with the Internet. This time restoring does not get me back online. Yes, I have checked my Internet and all connections. Also with this update I now get a window saying that my mouse and keyboard are not working correctly aand to uninstall and reinstall to uninstall I have a window that says cannot uninstall at this time Anyone have any ideas how to correct these issues ?
