I have an Acer Aspire M

Boot configuration data is missing.

 

 

 

Was using computer as usual watching my Son on C Span 2.

 

 

Turned computer off, then returned to computer tried to turn it on and got the big blue screen with the error code.

 

 

I contacted Acer tech they are of no assistants.

 

 

I have recovery disc but computer will not boot to start disc.

 

 

I am at my wits end trying to get this computer back up and running.

 

 

I can not get to the command prompts nor can I make a USB backup for this computer.
