Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

No connection to internet even though all seems ok. Help!

Hello,

I have just bought an ASUS laptop with Window 8 just a few weeks ago. When I first started using it, everything is fine. However, today I could not connect to internet. Wifi is fine and everything seems to be ok, all symbols on the desktop show no sign of problem. I am not very good with computer datas etc...... so please kindly help with clear explanation. Thanking everyone who can help.
