Unable to login after giving control to someone saying from Microsoft.

Got a call saying from Microsoft, told me I had a virus, They showed me everything, I fell all the way, then when they asked for money I told them no, I hung up they kept calling, I ignored tried to get back control of my PC couldn't so I pulled the plug. Plugged back in and they did something so I can't login to my account I'm on guest account right now but can't do anything because when I try it asks for admin password and my password won't work. I tried Microsoft online support and they wanted $ also. I replied you've got to be **** kidding me what's your OMB-control # and they cut me off, somebody please help I've been on this from 6pm and it's nearly 4am I can't stop crying and my blood pressure is threw the roof I need my pc back I have orders to fill. top it off I'm a green newbie They had me press windows and the r key type in I think www.ammyy/_AA.com.exe something like that
