I wish to purchase Microsoft Windows 8 / 8.1 SL OEM 64 bit to be installed in my personal laptop. As the product name has 'OEM' I'm wondering if I can purchase the product for my personal use. Please note that I'm considering a single user, single laptop (home use) scenario only.
