Posted June 11, 201410 yr I have started getting messages about needing new drivers for 1.) Miscrsoft usb mouse 2.) my HP all-in-one 3. generally messed up on bluetooth devises. Shortly thereafter these hardware units stop working. Every track I take leads me to a 'service' for ab out $29-$35. This is even if I start on Microsoft.com to get a single driver. I sure as whatever getting this BS runaround. They (are differend companys). What's the deal? I thought when I paid big bucks at the time to upgrade to Windows 7 that there will be support since Windows 8 is so screwed up, no one wants it. Where is my support?
