The Sims 4 launching on Mac on September 2

EA's press conference at E3 provided word on when Mac gamers will see The Sims 4 and it's good news. The game will see simultaneous launch on Mac and Windows on September 2. OK, so it's still a few months away but getting it the same time as our Windows gaming buddies is great news.

 

 

Having originally been slated for launch in late 2013 the delay sees it coming out almost a year after its original target. It's available to pre-order now, though it looks to be a Windows only affair at the moment. Pricing is set at $59.99 and $69.99 for different versions and hopefully the Mac version won't be far off this.

 

So come on, own up. Who's excited?
