Posted June 10, 201410 yr I frequently get a printer file which is marked as deleted stuck in the printer queue. This stoops everything else from printing. Using "cancelall documents" does not remove the item from the queue so I have shutdown and reboot to remove the item. Has anyone come across any other way to correct this problem. Many thanks.
