Windows taking 10 minutes to boot post last Microsoft Update

Hi,

 

 

Since the last Microsoft Update Windows 7 is now taking at least 10 minutes to boot. Not sure if it related to the Update or a Avast download around the same time.

 

 

When viewing the Event log I am receiving the two messages:

 

 

Event ID 7000

 

Source - Service Control Manager

 

'The Mobile IP Route Manager service failed to start due to the following error:

 

The driver has been blocked from loading'

 

 

Event ID 1060

 

Source - Application Pop Up

 

 

 

Hope someone can help
