Posted June 10, 201410 yr I seem to have a virus or Malware on my Samsung laptop that neither Norton nor Microsoft Malicious software remover can find. IE 10 opens randomly on very questionable sites. In addition, I can't upgrade to IE 11 or windows 8.1 as it says hardware not suitable, but I know for a fact that this machine can run W8.1 and IE11 as I have another one that does. Please help!
