Been happing for a while now, I've reinstalled windows on a new SSD and it was find but today the problem came back, i guess it has to be something to do with my hardware. i have check the RAM with Memtest86+ and ran tests with Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility and they came back all good. I think it might be the Power supply can't handle the overclocked settings

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 3.40GHz Haswell Quad Core CPU overclocked to 4.0GHz (was 4.2GHz but was blue screening because of heat or/and the Power supply i think )

Motherboard: MSI Z97-G43 (Socket 1150) ATX Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz

samsung evo 840 240G SSD

Power supply (getting old over 5+ years and don't know the brand)
