It's un other case of Microsoft and it's security! They are sending the e-mail with the personal pin to un e-mail that I do not use over years and years, and I do not remember the older pin any more. and as I said I can't also access the e-mail where they send the required information , as well I'm not aloud to change that e-mail address. CAN SOME ONE HELP?
