hello,

 

i have windows 8 installed in my Samsung notebook . when i am using it suddenly it restarts by showing a blue screen.i want to solve this problem without loosing my data .

 

it shows that "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we are just collecting some error info,and then we will restart for u.

 

 

so, please sir give a reply and thank you.
