random freezing along wih blue screen

hi all#

 

im having severe problems with my pc being a student I don't really have the cash to get it fixed and hope yous can help

 

 

the pc has started to randomly lock up especially when online forcing me to reset it then its started to blue screen. dont know if this provides a glue but sound setting are also messed up as it will not let me fully use a headst I have to channel the outgoing sound through speakers but it will let me use the mic on the headset bit annoying, while also wirless signel is no longer reliable when it once was

 

I've run virus scan original with Microsoft security essentials then also MacAfee

 

 

I have recently restored the pc to my orgional system settigns from my original pc snapshot reinstalled all updates updated all drivers that I can find, programs ive reinstalled include Skype java but so far I have not put back on mcfee antivirus just using microsfot security essential.

 

 

 

I have no clue about pcs so if you require additional info which im sure you will please leave me instruction on how to get it for you
