My 2008 standard edition server with servicepack two keeps changing language atumatically every time i open a new window, Any idea why. I have turned of the hotkeys for switching between languages, and I av EN US and norwegian bokml and nynorsk keybords installed on the server.

right click on the language bar, and then settings on the drop down menu, default input language... select what you want.
