Encrypted locked file (Virus changes all pdf, mp4 files into .locked extension)

Hi,

 

I got some malicious virus which has locked all my system files and to open it I have to pay them.

 

I uses Microsoft security essential to remove it but it didn't works, I downloaded some free anti virus too but it didn't deleted the virus,

 

I have to back up my windows but this malicious virus has changed all my pdf, mp4 and .txt file into like

 

(fileName.pdf.locked), (fileName.mp4.locked)

 

and I open some file which it says it is damage.

In this picture you can see the file types of these files are locked.

Is their any way to get back these files , I will be very grateful to you if some one helps me to recover these files
