I've developed a problem with my anti-virus AND my E-mail system (it still sends and receives ok but can't delete or transfer properly). Both problems - anti-virus and E-Mail - could be sorted out by the relevent suppliers but neither of them can now gain remote access to my computer'. - Apparently a licence has expired. What does that mean and how do I restore it? I have also been unable to download an XP Root Certificate update direct from Microsoft -are all thes faults related and how do I sort it out?
