win32/CaphawA ..removal of this and others ..Help please??

Any help appreciated, please. For several weeks now we keep doing scans with our Microsoft security essentials package, always get new threats showing up, we "clean" them, but they keep coming back. These include the above, also things like "win32/CrowtiA",and "win32/ceeinject/kk, plus other regular nasty visitors !!

 

I have just installed anti-malware and spybot programmes, so am about to run these, but any ideas from "the community" would be great thanks.
