How do I get rid of a daily message prior to connection saying the following:

 

'There was a problem starting c:users/my name/appdata/roaming/microsoft/appmanager/startup-moduled11.'

 

 

Have tried everything but cannot get rid of this daily message, however one click on ok and it disappears with no problems following, would just like to stop it appearing.

 

 

Any ideas.
