Guest GregoryGrimesYV Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 So I run an Acer laptop on windows 8. My computer crashed, so I restarted it through the power button. When it was going back on it decided to update, where it went to 100% eventually but I received the message failure configuring windows updates reverting changes do not turn off your computer. It keeps going and going. I try to restart it again, same message over and over. I do not have a windows recovery disc or USB like I keep seeing as suggestions all over. I cannot even get to the login sreen. Please help. Continue reading... Quote
