Winlogon.exe Virus

Hello!

 

 

I have recently downloaded a pirated copy (I think) from my friend who said it was legit. It was a copy of the Famous game Watch Dogs. I have looked around on the internet and they say it's a Virus called Winlogon.exe and csrss.exe (might be spelled wrong) from this so called torrent. I have tried an endless amount of time and an endless amount of different variations. But my real question is the following:

 

 

Is Winlogon.exe and csrss.exe supposed to be there and do things because when I try to delete them it says I don't have the authority. And it don't really disturbs me because when i look at my CPU it doesn't use the CPU at all (maybe one or two percent but...) or is it a malware and how should i delete it?
