WHEN I PRESSED I THINK SOMEONE HAS HACKED INTO MY ONEDRIVE, OUTLOOK AND SKYPE ACCOUNT STATES ITS FROM VERIPASSWORD? WHICH MEAN'T COULD NOT LOAD REMOVAL TOOL TO INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM. AND ALREADY HAVE THE KASP APP ON MY 8.1 SYSTEM. HAVE CHANGED PASSWORDS ETC AS INSTRUCTED.
