Network Connection Service will not start Error 126 module could not be found

I have a similar problem, when I click on Network Setup Wizard. I tried your suggestion for enabling Network Connections. But when I clicked on Start to start the service I get this message,"Could not start the Network Connection Service on local computer. Error 126: The specified module could not be found".

 

 

I have looked on the internet for this error 126 solutions but nothing seems to work to start the service.

 

 

Please help.
