I downloaded the latest version of iTunes (11.2.2.) it opens but does not play my music, doesn't download or Burn CDs nor allow access to the iTunes Store because Windows 'encounters a problem' and asks for a report to be sent, and then closes. I'm using WindowsXP Home Edition so obviously the report is now ignored by Windows as they are no longer concerned with XP. Is this a Windows' problem or is it an iTunes problem ....has anyone got a solution?
