I've got a bluetooth speaker and it works fine with my iphone.

I've tried to connect it to my laptop but it seems like it doesn't find any bluetooth devices.

I also tried to find a solution on the internet, updated my driver. select starting bluetooth support service automatically.

Then I came across one solution which is about changing the service logon settings.

Now, I suppose to choose 'This account' and type LOGON SERVICE.

Then, there is a string of password appears. The other solution said to delete the password completely and then apply the setting.

Here's the problem. I've deleted the password and also delete the one in confirm password field also. When clicked apply or okay, I've got a message to restart the service for changes to take place. I click ok and the string password appears again. I've tried everything. What should I do?

This is very frustrating because I have no problem at all connecting my speaker with other devices.

Also, I've never use bluetooth features before on my laptop so I didn't notice that there's a problem

Thank you in advance.
