Windows Update KB2920189 wll not install.

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, 64-bit.

 

When I click on get help, I am told:

Search results for "WindowsUpdate_80246013 OR WindowsUpdate_dt000"(‎‏ )

Online, via the suggested links likewise unfruitful.

 

Since 19 Apr 2014 it seems more updates fail than succeeed. Most eventually succeed. Last week I did one at a time, rebooting in between, in the same order that were successfully applied on another system with the same OS.

 

But KB2920189 keeps failing.

 

On Apr 9, 2014, the last set of updates that were perfectly normal before these failures started were:

KB: 2932677, 2919442, 2928680, 2930275, 2925418, 2913760, 890830, 2922229, 2939087, 890830 (listed a 2nd time).

(Assuming I typed that right. I don't know how to harvest a query for you.)

 

1. Immediate question: How do I get this installed?

2. Do I have a system problem with updating in general?

3. General: How do I research this or future KBnnnnnnn updates: prerequisites, problems, resolutions?
