does microsoft safety scanner ask before deleting discovered viruses or malware?

Hi - I would be grateful if anyone could help.

 

Does Microsoft Safety Scanner actually stop and ask you before it goes on to delete whatever malware etc it has discovered or does it just go straight ahead and delete everything?

 

 

I wanted to run it just as a failsafe, but I have a couple of unusual security programs that nearly always come up as Trojans on security scans - I have accustomed MSE and SuperAntiSpyware to them although oddly Malwarebytes didn't flinch. But in the past they have been deleted automatically when I have trialled things which is a real pain.
