Can't delete Temporary Internet Files in Local Settings, MyUser account.

I'm sure this was easy to do before. When I right click Temporary Internet Files, Properties, under Attributes, Read Only is checked in light gray and I can uncheck it, click Apply, but when I come back to it its checked again.

 

 

Also, at the top of this folder's columns (Details View in Windows Explorer), there is nothing in them. Every other column in other folders is titled. When I right click the column space at the top (so you can choose which columns you want by checking and unchecking) I have a vertical column of nothing but check marks.

 

 

Something is definitely wrong with this picture! I ran Super Antispyware and it found nothing. This is a mystery. :)
