upgrade to 8.1 fails 3 times at 83% 0xC1900101 0x2000A errors

All seems to go smoothly up to that point. I searched for help and found a place that suggested I run a short program to check my download operation. It found two parts containing errors and corrected them. Another try produced same results. One attempt ran through the process of determining if the installed 8 program was OK. Must have been as it began the install when that finished. No clue what the errors mean. Help appreciated.
