Explain ark.intel.com CPU counting and linux counting?

i see cpu has 4 cores and 8 threads on above page,

but when i do cat /etc/cpu* in linux,

i count 16

so im not sure how to read that ark.intel numbers?

I thought i will multiply cores against threads, but it results 32, so its not true..?
