How do I remove one single contact from a recurring meeting?

Hey all,

 

 

I have created a meeting Tuesdays at 3pm for a bunch of members on my team. One member is on a different team now, but is still receiving the emails. Without canceling the meeting, how can I remove just him as a contact from the outlook express meeting invitation?
