Our company recently upgraded to actinic v8 e-commerce software. I installed

the software on our server (logged in as admin), then created a login for my

ts connection. It worked fine for about 1 week, but now fails each time I try

and load it.

 

It displays the actinic splash page, then drops the ts client with no error

message. Its as if the actinic software is already running on the server, but

its not. I can access no problem, using vnc, and fine if I log on directly

to the server, but not TS. We ran earlier actinic software in the same way,

and its fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
