SMTP. example.org said: 550 no RDNS entry for this IP (X.X.X.X)

I have this issue. i want to set up sendmail in my linux cent os,

After installing sendmail, as i try to sendmail to praticular email address then i have this email bouncing problem,

When i Send to my gmail or yahoo account then i am able to send email but when i send to particualar smtp relay then i have this email rdns problem,

can someone please light-in up this thing or give me some clue so i can solve it out.

problem: 550 rdns

sendmail: anything is to be configured?
