My Wi-Fi enabling and disabling option on the Computer settings has been disabled.

* Original Title: Wifi adapter Disabled but bluetooth adapeter working.

 

 

I'm having H.P's Compaq Presario CQ40 laptop. This laptop has additional button for enabling and disabling the wireless connections (Bluetooth & Wi-Fi) .

 

Since last few days my Wi-Fi enabling and disabling option on the Computer settings has been disabled and I can't even press on it.

 

I've tried device manager settings but no help. Then tried to put it on Airplane mode then again switch it off to see whether Wi-Fi setting is enabled or not but unfortunately still showing disabled. Though Bluetooth option is perfectly working.

 

Even I've tried to troubleshoot but it's showing "Wi-Fi capability is turned off " but as I said my laptop's Wireless connection key button is on !

I would be glad anyone can help me out with this issue as I'm suffering with this big problem no option to use internet except Wi-Fi in my office and here there's no technical store available to get my laptop problem fixed.
