Please I need help to ask microsoft "If a 64-bit windows is available. If, yes where& how to download/install

 

Unsupported 16-bit Feature.

My System Type x64 based PC //My System Diectory c:\windows\system32::"\??\c:users\user\AppData\local\Temp\setup\11931027B-Ac26-47OB-995F-9B34-4659269.exe" ( Incompatitible with 64bit Windows).Have attempted but failed to locate info .
