Unable to use anything at the login screen after Windows Update

Original Title: Laptop 99% useless after Windows forced it to update

 

 

So after using my Vaio laptop, I clicked the shut down button and then it says installing updates.

 

An hour later, I try turning it on and it works fine up until the log in screen where every single button (except for the power button and the disc drive button), the track pad, and all of the USB ports stopped working.

 

I have been searching for help all over the internet and people have had similar problems except in their issues, they either have touchscreen, their USB ports work, or they can access safe mode.

 

Please help, I have no idea what happened.
