Exploit:Java/CVE-2013-2463 (need help removal)

The title for this post is my problem, First to go was my internet connection, then after trying to gain back my control as system administrator, that went along with most everything down to a bios load from disc option...so

 

After booting a second copy of Windows 7 from disc, I finaly got back to the Internet up loaded new definitions, and found this, Exploit:Java/CVE-2013-2463 and this is just one found. The Scan could only remove it partially. Any HELP?!

 

The second windows loaded in a small area of the hard drive about 20 gigs and the cp screen looks like the old DOS page with two choices to select windows 7, first choice got me here, the second choice leads me to what looks to be a normal windows load except the screen has this written,

 

" The specified procedure could not be found" it has a red circle with the white X in the middle be for the words and that is the load page no start button. There is the red reset/shut down icon to the lower left of the screen it still works
