I can't re-upgrade my windows 7 to window 8 after formating

my windows7 had been upgraded to windows8 then to windows8.1 ..but recently, it was formatted and re-back to windows7 when I try to re-upgraded to windows 8 by Windows8-UpgradeAssi stant, I get this messagestant, I get this message

 

I bought Win7 with laptop on 29-Aug-2012

 

I upgrade to Windows 8 when there was offer from Microsoft on 19-11-2012 Win8 cost was about 700 Rs

 

I saved the win8-upgrade assistant in my laptop since that time but now doesn't work, my product key doesn't work and also Promo code doesn't active too :(
