Samsung Galaxy S3 is not connecting to the DELL laptop

Hi

 

 

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system with the processor of Intel i5-2450 M CPU @2.50 GHz. Recently from past 4 Months,i observed that Samsung Galaxy S3 is not connecting to the Dell Laptop

 

 

We could not see the contents of the Samsung Mobile in the PC. No Popup message is coming up

 

 

I tried the below options

 

 

1.Connected with Different Cable to the laptop,original cable

 

2. Tried with Samsung Kies

 

 

Can you please help us in this regard as i was not sure if the drivers is having problem.

 

 

We have observed the below error in the mobile.

 

"Unable to find software on your computer that can recognize your device.service pack3,Windows Media Player,version 10 or higher,for Windows XP or Android File Transfer for MAC OS must be installed.

 

You can download and install Kies on your computer from http://www.samsung.com/kies in order to sync data with your device,back up data,and upgarde your device (Windows and Mac OS are supported)."

 

 

I am using the Windows 7 and Media player version 12.0.7601.18150.hence was not sure,why the Samsung Galaxy S3 is not connecting to the DELL Laptop
