I have an asus ultra book. Model S500C. Recently, my laptop crashed in the middle of browsing the internet. Gave me the "there was a problem with your PC and needs to reset." It moved too fast before I could read it. Every time I start up, it goes through an automatic repair loop, to diagnosing your PC, then back to automatic repair. After a while of this, it goes to a blue screen that says "automatic repair could not repair your PC" I. Have tried refreshing my PC, factory reset (both just keep files and fully clean drive resets) and only getting the same error of "your PC failed to reset. No changes were made" I have tried resetting the uefi firmware settings to default and trying to reset again. Still failed. I have no back up drives, since windows 8 came pre installed with the laptop, and it does not have a cd drive for DVDs. I've tried a few command prompt but I don't remember which ones I tried. I have no system restore points and can't access system recovery image since I have no backup files for windows 8. Someone please help. I have searching for two days how to solve this and nothing is working.
