Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

Getting an error "Webpage unavailable" using Google Chrome.

I went on my computer today and when I go online, very web page I try tells me that it's unavailable. I tried shutting it off and on again. I have done scans. Then I tried to update my computer but the last step for it to update is to connect to the internet. Since It doesn't work, I can't finish my updates and it all the we pages say they're unavailable. What do I do? I use google chrome and I always have so I'm not sure what is happening.
