Program blocked by Microsoft Security Essentials

My CAD program wants to call home but can not. I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials as my Anti-virus. I think is blocking access to web. The file is "C:\Program Files\3D Systems\Geomagic Design\Program\GSLicenseUtil.exe".

 

 

The question is how can I tell it to let it pass and have access to web?
