No speaker or head phone are plug in

I have a laptop,

When i install Windows on it, everything work fine but only one thing issue related sound.

Sound Icon show at the right task bar with red cross sign and when i point mouse on that sound icon, it said "No speaker or headphone are plugin"

And i tried to plug head phone, or Speaker, the problem still the same..

 

 

I went to "Device manager", I saw sound device status is very well and no missing driver..

I checked my laptop sound hardware, I saw sound attached with my laptop.

 

I tried to download drivers, updated driver, check out all ways of that sound,but seem not help.

 

What is problem with this?
