I updated my window 8 and this blue screen appear after it finished downloading the updates.

 

 

"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, amd then we'll restart for you. (100% COMPLETE)"

and it freeze. I left it for more than 2 hours and it's still the same.

 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I restarted my laptop once and still get this same screen.

 

 

Also, I don't have window 8 CD/DVD whatsoever because I upgrade from window 7 via the internet. And the window 7 also come with the computer i.e. no CD or anything

 

 

Please help. Thank you in advance :)

 

 

PS. I use Toshiba and I can't remember what the updates are
