Issue with installing/ running apps (facebook, skype and others) after update

I ran in to a major problem on my surface 2. Suddenly after an update many of my apps were uninstalled and I can't get them running Again. It is for for instance facebook and Skype. On Windows store they are posted as uninstalled - I then install them but they can't be run or found anywhere afterwards. They post as installed for a short while and the uninstalled Again. It somehow seems that Windows store has a wrong path for some apps. I tried resetting the store but no luck still the same. Do any of you have any suggestions?
