Can't install ANY new drivers on my system

Hey guys,

 

I have a strange issue. I can't Install any new driver on my system nor can i update any old drivers. In safe mode, i AM able to install any driver i need, but when i later restart to normal mode, the new drivers can't run.

 

 

When i try to install a driver, i get the following message:

 

 

 

 

Again, this is not specific for the MTP USB Device, I get this message for EVERY new driver i try to install.

 

 

P.S:

 

Windows updates are failing as well.

 

 

From what i've read online "Access is denied." error has something to do with registry values.. but i don't know exactly. I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, all checks for viruses, malware and adware came out clean.. Don't know what else to try
