Microsoft Retail Key?

Hi, I hope I'm in the right place for this. But for the life of me I can't find a straight answer anywhere with google.

 

 

My question is sorta simple I suppose, I work for a medium sized business as their IT-Support/Specialist. We're currently building 3 expansions, The first is about to be finished in a few months, So of course I'm looking at computers, software, and other hardware to be purchased. Before me, They would order from a Computer Company, They would purchase the computers, Then purge the crapware that comes with them and reinstall base software. Including Windows 7 Professional.

 

 

Now I know how they activation keys and such work for Windows at a individual basis. But what I want is a Retail Key? Or OEM Key? I'm not sure, That's my question, I want whatever key will allow me multiple installs of windows. So that I can maintain the computers as well as the Netowkr in house. This I hope will let wipe them, Install all the required software including windows. But I can't be buying a 200$ copy of windows for each computer it wont' save us money.

 

 

If I'm completely off here, I apologize and any direction to the appropriate place would be greatly appreciated.
